response #1 In one’s life, there are many ups and downs, many highs, and many lows. I have experienced countless times where I felt like I was on top of the world, and numerous times where I had the lowest low. Many of these times, however good or bad, were caused my own doing, and in turn, I put myself into a horrible situation. Whether it was In sports, relationships, or academics, I constantly put myself into bad situations, andthe outcome is usually not good. A very memorable time in my life where I put myself in a bad situation was when I hid my grades from my aunt and uncle in ninth grade. In my ninth grade year in school I had to adjust to many things. A relative who I was very close with had recently died, and I had to juggle the many new aspects of life that high school had brought. I had many new responsibilities, and I chose to have a higher priority on some things, like basketball and girls, than others. This, in turn with myself struggling with math, made my grades plummet and I was so ashamed and scared of the consequences of my actions, that I did not know what to do. I eventually decided to try to change my grades on my first report card, and wait until the next report card which was the 2 marking period of my freshman year of high school. i was terrified to show my mother and especially my father my grades. Also restated from the book titled “the other wes moore” will make one take on their dream and do anything to achieve their main goal. Simply having knowledge doesn’t do much besides educate others that may not even be interested in the topic. Using video games to cope with life can absolutely help with sponsorship before convincing yourself that video games is the answer.. Because of my video game passion, other ideas were to create my peace and happiness.. People continue to learn about themselves and can accomplish so much today if being a gamer creates an awareness of importance Navin's Blog response #3 After reading the book and learning about these two men that shared the same name, lived in the same neighborhood, I learned that the answer to this question is either side. It all depends on the person who decides on what they want to do with their life. This was a powerful insight or feedback that Sebastian Made about the book tiltle "the Other Wes Moore" because in life once your allowed to wake up and witness the next morning he/she gets a chance to do better and a choice to choose better and with those two Elements of life anything is possible Sebastian Jimenez
